Magna Sand&Kleen warrants to the original customer/purchaser that this Sand&Kleen drywall sanding system, when operated in accordance with the Owner's Manual, will be free of ordinary defects in material or workmanship. This warranty applies only to personal use and is not applicable to commercial or rental use. 

Magna Sand&Kleen will, at their discretion, repair or replace any defective parts without charge not including shipping & handling.

Magna Sand&Kleen assumes no responsibility for damage or faulty performance caused by misuse or careless handling, or where repairs have been made or attempted by others or where non-original parts are used to repair or modify the product. Proof of purchase date is required. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
